Whats Todays Date? – asking what’s today’s date will seem like a strange question to ask, as it is going to be different for people that land on this page at any given time. Everyone will not just come to this page on the same date, that’s for sure.

So, as I write this, people are starting to put up their Christmas trees, as Christmas Day is only 3 weeks away. It is nearly the end of another year.

It’s Time

It’s different parts of time that we use in our lives to measure, from seconds, minutes, hours, days, months and years. The year as I write is 2016, but have you asked yourself what that really means?

Two thousand and sixteen years (2016) since what? What is the world’s whole date and calendar system based on?

B.C./A.D

We have probably all heard of B.C. and A.D. for dating purposes, which mean Before Christ and After Christ (literally Anno Domini), although there are recent changes trying to use CE and BCE instead.

This is an absolutely major truth that you may have not even realised before, but every time you write the date, look at the date on your mobile or schedule an appointment, you are reinforcing this very truth.

What’s the Truth about the date?

The Truth is, the whole of mankind, every day is confirming that Christ is right at the centre of time and the Bible confirms, right in the centre of eternity too!

I sometimes smile at those I know or those in public life that say they are Atheists and deny that God exists, when they then refer to dates in time, which are all based on the Birth of Christ about 2,000 years ago.
