It’s a little bit concerning
People got very excited about this bull and although they all knew it was only made out of aluminium, foam, plastic and metal, many thought it took on a life of it’s own. Many thought the bull was cute and endearing and there was mass support for the bull not to be dismantled and “killed off”, but to be kept and placed somewhere suitable, which is exactly what has happened.
You might be wondering why have I described this whole thing as being “concerning”? As I watched the swarms of people walk beside the bull, laughing and dancing and the bull “moved” and blew out fire and smoke, it reminded me of a passage of scripture in the Bible.
The last book of the Bible is called Revelation and it speaks of future events still to take place on both earth and in heaven. It speaks of a 7 year period called the Tribulation Period, when the Anti-Christ will come to power and will place a statue in the new Temple in Jerusalem which will appear to come alive and speak. The Anti-Christ will force everyone to worship the beast and also must get a mark on people’s foreheads so as they can buy and sell. Without this mark, which has some relation to the number “666”, they will not be able to trade.
Years ago this would all seem far fetched, but when I saw all of these people “worshiping” the bull, well, I have no doubts that this is going to happen on a grand scale in the not too distant future.
